hello, what is considered a journal with regard to point 2 about previously published material? does that specifically mean journals only, or do webzines, blogs, social media, etc. count as well?
Webzines, blogs and social media count as well. In case you have posted your work in these places kindly remove them from their respective platforms before submitting.
I have posted the poem on my own blog..do I have to remove it from there if I want to submit? Thanks in advance.
Kindly remove it from your blog before submitting.
Hi there. I’m extremely interested in participating in this. I’m sorry if I wasn’t supposed to ask,but I’d just like to know if you’ll accept submissions for the same from men and people who identify as men.
Yes you are welcome to submit. Thank you for the interest. We accept submissions for the Sakhi contest from men, women, and those who identify as men or women as also from the LGBT community.
